Canada Day means 1 more day to CAMP!

Tomorrow is Canada Day, and you know what that means.! one more day till the start of camp! YAY! :P #2 is starting day camp wednesday IY"H. She is very excited about it. The weather is supposed to be nice too. I just hope #3 behaves himself on the long walk there. I am bringing the triple jogging stroller so hopefully he will want to ride in it. I think it shall probably take me a good 20 minutes or so to walk there.

Anyways, last night I watched Sweeney Todd for the first time. Great movie, but it certainly turned my stomach LOL. It was weird seing Borat aka Sascha Baron Cohen as a different character.

Friday night we are going to sheva brachos! Yay! I am looking forward to it. I don't have to cook much for shabbos. :)

I am wiped out as I did not get a good sleep last night so I am going to try to go to sleep now. key word is try. I seem to have a hard time falling asleep lately.

It's Summer Time!

Yes, I have been a lazy girl and have not updated my blog since end of May. Sorry! :) I was just pretty busy with life and I was having fun with facebook.

So, what's happened in the past month or so: #2 graduated pre-school and will be starting grade 1 IY"H in September. Good thing I got to that graduation an hour early! most of the first 3 rows were already reserved!!! Sheesh. we bought a video copy of it as well.

#1 had an okay finish to his school year, but I can't say I was thrilled. For the last week of school, his pm aide who works in the kindergarte in the am. was needed for pm too. They didn't have anyone to work with #1, so he had to go with her to kindergarten!! I was annoyed, but it was the last week of school so I didn't really do much about it. i was assured he was given grade 2 work to do, and also jobs to help out the younger kids, and that it was helping his self esteem. I walked him to school the last few weeks of school, but I don't think I will do that in September. It was hard getting five kids ready to leave at 8 am, and #3 was very tired and uncooperative at times which made walking not one of the most fun things I've had to do in the morning. Next school year I will try bussing in the morning and see how it goes. If #1 starts having trouble again, I will have to go back to walking him. In the afternoon starting with September, #4 will be starting nursery school IY"H. its going to be crazy busy for me. I have to pick up #1, then go to #2/#3/#4's school and get them and then go home. #2 will get out 3:45, and #3 and #4 get out 3 pm, but they have after school day care, so I am sending #3 and #4 to that so I can get all 3 at the same time. But Fridays will be really crazy. #3 and #4 get out 12 pm, #2 gets out around 2 ish or 3 ish depending on candlelighting times, and #1 gets out 3:20. :) Good fun for me LOL.

This summer we are not doing much. #2 is going to a backyard camp, and the other 4 are home with me. I bought some sort of sprinkler thing for kids to play in hot weather. it hooks up to the tap in the backyard and sprays water out of the hose in many directions.

and off on a different tangent..I watched Doctor who last night. (SPOILER ALERT) I am wondering which character is going to be killed off. I have a feeling it will be Rose. Its so tragic. first she gets separated from the doctor by being trapped in a different universe in last season's episode. now she sees the doctor again, and then as they are running to each other, he got shot in the shoulder by a dalek. he regenerates of course, but one of the other aliens had mentioned to Donna that she is sorry for her future loss. I don't think David Tennant is leaving the show just yet, so I am thinking Rose. I have a lot of episodes to catch up on, as I only just started watching this season.

Anyway, I will post more later, IY"H. Don't worry, I won't let another month pass by between posts :P
